The Obama Administration has heeded your call and is going to respect the 10th Amendment:
The Obama administration will not seek to arrest medical marijuana users and suppliers as long as they conform to state laws, under new policy guidelines to be sent to federal prosecutors Monday.
Perhaps, while we are at it, we can look at rescheduling Marijuana to a schedule II or III, where it ought to be?
