And yet another endorsement for Bob Tuke from a city paper:

The Chattanooga Times editorial page endorsed Bob Tuke as, "one of the most impressive candidates we have had the opportunity to meet in 30 years ... he would be an exemplary and formidable candidate for the U.S. Senate, and he would serve capably and well if elected in November." The endorsement continued: "Mr. Tuke, to be sure, is the antithesis of the superficial politician, the type who knows little in depth and who tailors his answers to please the audience. He doesn't leave you wondering about his positions, where his heart lies, his willingness to work, or his drive and ability to achieve something worthwhile. He is impressively informed on a range of major issues - energy, health care, Iraq, the economy and jobs, immigration - and he is passionate about some in particular, including health care for veterans and Tennesseans' core needs. That is contagious and refreshing."

Let's take the hill!
