In a press release back in April, Speaker Naifeh said he had a concealed carry permit before he had actually received it from the state, but after he had taken the required course to obtain the permit.

In other news, Rep. Mike Turner claimed to have caught a fish that was "at least 4 feet long," but in actuality was 3 feet, 7 inches.
