Who the f*ck is he? She interjected herself into this!
He really thinks his sh!t don't stink. "Be careful?"

Is he throwing another "politics of division" hissy fit?

Don't talk about my ears
Don't talk about my pastor
Don't talk about my business partners
Don't talk about my associates
Even though my name wasn't mentioned, don't suggest appeasement is wrong, because that's what I want to do
Don't talk about my ignorance of tax policy
Don't talk about my or my wife's condescension to bible thumpers and gun toters and Americans in general because they're just mean which is why Michelle was never proud of her country, the same one where she and her husband got Ivy League educations, million dollar book deals and $300,000 jobs
Ok, "sweetie" let's talk about "issues" or campaign slogans, your tele-prompterness!

Hope and Change.

We the American people, if you are elected, Hope we can keep a decent job and some spare Change in our pockets after you tax and regulate our economy back into a pre-industrial, pre-Cambrian era.

I'm sure Robin is really shaking in her boots! LOL!

Now now CB, your engageing in that same old same old. That's the old way of doing things. Are we really tie ourselves to that or are we going to focus on whats important and move forward. If not...well you're a racist hillbilly. Simple huh?

tc,

That "interview" really got under my skin. This guy is unbelievably, stupefyingly condescending! Who does he think he is? Has anyone but me noticed how he juts out his jaw like old pictures of Mussolini or modern day rappers with their arms crossed?

This guy is a monster in the making, a true Saul Alinsky adherent that is starting to believe his favorable press.

You're emoting, seek therapy.

I, for one, welcome the attacks on candidates' spouses.

No, not really. But if it's good for the goose, it's good for Mrs. McPander.

Lay off my wife? As cb pointed out she said something a bit troubling and it does provide some insight into her (their?) posture. Here is an African-American kid from a strong family in South Chicago who earned a Princeton and Harvard degree was able to make boo coo money. She worked hard and advanced, yet she was not proud of her country? She earned opportunities that were shut off to people who came before her, but she wasn't proud of her country and filled with gratitude and humility. She came off like a spoiled brat with no perspective, no maturity, no sense that the country is filled with good and heroic people. Some of those people, not all black, took billyclubs over the head so that she could pursue her career and whine about what's wrong with America. Obama comes off as petty defending her.

So, a husband defends his wife, and that is petty? Should Obama say, "attack my wife all you want"?

Just watch the "uppity" narrative evolve from the GOP. This is the first salvo. Like I said at Knoxviews, they'll work one theme for a while then introduce the newer, harsher theme after that, repeating until Obama is an uppity, emasculated husband of a woman who had everything given to her. Then once you are at that point, you can really start calling him names. An Obama candidacy, even if McCain wins, will do well to expose the GOP, at local, state and national level, for exactly what they are.

Bill Clinton was supposed to. You know there is a real easy solution here. tell her to shut the f up. she doesn't talk people don't comment. You want to attack people, and make statements about pride...put your big girl panties on. Otherwise.....

TC,

Nobody took issue with Bubba defending his wife, it was the lying that people had a problem with.

Michelle Obama didn't complain about the attacks, Barack Obama defended his wife and takes offense to attacks against her...if he didn't, then people would be questioning his loyalty to his wife.

Damned if you do, damned if you don't.
