Which Constitution?

Head scratcher...

Hillary often discusses the unfairness built into the healthcare system: That discrimination by race and gender is barred, but that insurance companies are allowed to discriminate against the sick.

Today in Lorain, though, she either scrambled the line, or upped the ante:

"I actually think that it's unconstitutional, what the insurance companies are doing," she said.

Now, I'm all about a liberal reading of the constitution, but you'd have to go through some major contortions that make Roe v. Wade look like "strict constructionism" in order to come to that conclusion.

Bwahahaha.

Isn't she both a lawyer and a senator?

That's mind-boggling! That makes about as much sense as saying that it's Unconstitutional for a Chevy dealer to refuse to repair a Mercedes Benz.
